Position: Business Development Executive (Telesales Advisor)

Salary: £24,874.50 with a 2k gauranteed bonus for the first 2 months (1k first month and 1k second month) and realistic OTE of 35k

Location: North Cardiff (free parking available onsite) with a “work your way” flexible working culture and Hybrid working

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Contract: Permanent

So what does the Business Development Executive role involve?

• Taking both inbound and making outbound calls, to a high volume of prospective customers
• Taking a consultative approach to overcome any concerns and handling objections
• Sending follow up emails to engage prospects
• Upselling and cross selling
• Keeping customer records up to date utilising the CRM system
• Managing your own sales pipeline
• Working in a personal and team KPI and target driven sales environment

You should apply for this Telesales Advisor position if…

• You have 12 months plus previous telesales executive experience with the ability to overcome objections in a phone based sales role
• You possess excellent telephone based customer service skills
• You have strong attention to detail and are competent using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• You thrive in a pressurised, targeted sales environment, supporting other members of the team in a highly team orientated sales role
• You are positive and outgoing with great people skills
