Our Assistant Managers you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our pub. That means you'll be serving guests in the bar & restaurant, training & leading our team and managing busy services & special events. As Assistant Manager at Almond Family Pubs, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.

- A passion for everything hospitality, a smile and ability to entertain our customers and nurture our team
- Be warm and friendly with natural ‘presence’
- The ability to deliver outstanding customer service leading to exceptional guest satisfaction
- Ability to train, coach and mentor the front of house team
- Be reliable and flexible
- Competent use the EPOS, back office stock systems, HR and Microsoft packages
- A keen eye for detail, always looking for the next task or challenge to overcome
- Willingness to learn new skills
