We are looking for a Sustainability Team and Programme Coordinator to join JLL UK’s Central Sustainability team to provide administrative support to the delivery of our sustainability programme. The role is to provide diary and travel management support to the senior directors in the team, alongside coordinating events and activities as part of our climate and nature and community programmes, including our flagship partnership with WWF. The role will also support team-wide activities such as internal communications, marketing and general administration.

What this job involves

Events and programme delivery
Help coordination and delivery of volunteering sessions, and champion and employee engagement activities, including attending some events across JLL’s UK office network

Support coordination and administration of JLL involvement in sector/industry partnerships.

Data collection, management, and reporting
Provide support to quarterly and annual sustainability data collection processes

Support ongoing development and visualisation of sustainability data dashboards for board-level reporting.

Administrative support to senior directors
Diary management, including arranging internal, department and client meetings. Forward plan diaries to ensure any actual or potential meeting clashes are managed. Book meeting rooms and provide refreshments as and when required.

Responsible for invoice payment process across much of the team budget

Process expenses

Make travel bookings

Liaison with other PAs and support staff across the business to maximise working efficiencies

Support with IT needs, acting as a liaison with JLLT to problem-solve individual issues

Support key internal governance meetings with material preparation and note taking.

Communications & Research
Support drafting of case studies and associated collateral on workplace sustainability, climate and nature to help share best practice across JLL UK and externally

Contribute to the production of internal sustainability newsletters and maintain intranet pages

Carry out research on sustainability trends, government policy, initiatives and gather market and peer insights.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Be well organised, with excellent project management skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects

Demonstrate a strong ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative sustainability data and report these accurately and meaningfully

Have a rigorous approach and attention to detail in both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis

Be a excellent team-worker, with the ability to make a positive contribution to the team dynamic

Strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to client determined deadlines

Excellent computer and information system skills; in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Be interested in sustainability and keen to learn about sustainable property.
