Floor Staff – Arcade Food Hall
Arcade Food Hall are seeking Floor Staff to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all thing’s food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking a new role with our Floor Staff Team and to develop their skills with full and ongoing support.

Located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London’s Centre Point, Arcade Food Hall showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands, and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof.
Nine new brands fill the space: Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade’s flagship southern Thai restaurant; Hero Indian Fast Food, serving up North Indian street food; Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen Shatta & Toum; American diner-style food at Manna; Indonesian street food from Bebek! Bebek!; day-to-night deli Arcade Provisions; and Japanese sushi and an omakase experience from Sushi Kamon. There is also the Benham & Froud Jelladrome from dessert connoisseurs Bompas & Parr.
Drinks come from our destination bar, and are inspired by a time of day: choose from Café, All Day Party, Timeless or Late Night Disco lists, which cover everything from the classic Manhattan to a Som Tam Mojito. A fully-packed calendar of events completes the line up.
The Position
As a member of our Floor Staff Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is always the very best and :
Provide exceptional level of hospitality and build warm and genuine relationship with our guests.- Open and close the restaurant.
- Communicate with guests in a confidently and professionally.
- Manage your section efficiently.
- Assist with the development of junior staff members.
- Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining areas.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures.
- Keep back of house, corridors and drop off areas clear and tidy.
- Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions.
