What will the apprentice be doing?
- Preparing and optimising blogs for publication
- Preparing and publishing content for our social media channels
- Developing adverts to be utilised on our Facebook and Instagram ads
- Taking incoming calls, being the first point of contact for potential customers
- Having knowledge of our services
- Responding to our website users through our live chat feature
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The structured part of your apprenticeship training will be provided by JBC Skills Training, we are a specialist technical IT training provider.
You will also learn on-the-job, working alongside experienced colleagues.
Level 3 Digital Marketer standard:

- BCS Level 3 Certificate in Digital Marketing Business Principles
