Job Description:
- Loading/unloading of the vehicle.
- Careful loading and securing of the load.
- Euroliner trailers experience advantageous.
- Fridges Training will be provided.
- Flats experience helpful.
- Dealing with customers face to face.
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations.
- You are attending regular training sessions.
- Nights out away usually all week.
- Next-Gen Euro 6 Merc Trucks and keep in a clean state at all times.
- Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Personal Attributes:
- Must hold a (Class 1) C+E clean license.
- Must have a min 10 months experience of C+E for insurance reasons in the U.K.
- Drivers must be able to understand English both speaking verbal & written.
- Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Must be able to work in a modern Transport environment.
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- We are working to strict deadlines.
- Clean, Confident, polite and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated, and above all punctual.
- Must be able to use company smartphone and be able to adapt to technology.
