Job Description

The overall objective of the Senior Supervisor will be to provide support for the Service Delivery Manager in all aspects of the cleaning and deputising when necessary.

Senior Supervisor is responsible to the Service Delivery Manager for achieving profitability and targets and to ensure that all business processes are conducted in accordance with ISS corporate policies and in a way which protects and enhances the image and reputation of ISS.

Key Responsibilities​

• Ensure the image of the contract reflects the professional image of the Company.
• Provide support for Senior Managers.
• General administrative duties including completion of key records, stores control
• Responsible for the control of all techniques, paperwork, equipment, materials and resources to

achieve the highest quality, most cost effective and technically appropriate results

• Responsible for maintaining stock levels, keeping all delivery or materials movement records safe, assuring all materials are signed out from stores
• Maintain equipment, stores and administration in good order

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

• Clean UK Driving Licence
• Cleaning experience
• Good Communication skills
