Irwin Mitchell’s Banking and Finance Team has substantial experience in banking and debt finance transactions across a wide range of sectors. The Team regularly advises banks, funders and borrowers on real estate finance (both investment and development), leveraged finance and corporate banking transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing team. You’ll have the chance to work closely with partners and be involved in varied varied and interesting transactions right from the start, working with well- established clients. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. The role will involve working independently with support where required from partners but also working as part of a team for larger projects.

You’ll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members.
