We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team as Graduate Business Management Trainees. Not only will you gain valuable experience in various aspects of business management, but you will also be joining a company with a fantastic culture that values its employees and fosters growth and development.
In this role, you will have exposure to various functions, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources, and will be expected to learn quickly and contribute to the team's success. With three openings available, we are looking for candidates to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Newcastle office.
General Requirements:
- A completed degree in any discipline.
- Proven and well-evidenced interest in management.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours.
- Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time, on-site basis.
- A naturally curious and inquisitive mind.
- Some experience taking the lead on projects or within a group setting.
- A willingness to learn and make necessary changes to become a better version of themselves.
What will you do?
- Learn and understand our policies, structure, and procedures.
- Shadow senior managers and learn how to execute day-to-day operational management.
- Take part in the training and development processes, including optimising the effectiveness of our current structure.
- Develop your leadership and management skills as you work to manage a small team of your own.
- Take on project work, including all stages of development, such as research and analysis, planning and preparation, testing and adjustment, and execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,833.04-£28,483.68 per year
