SEO Account Manager

Due to ongoing growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for the right person as an SEO Account Manager. It will be fast-paced but never a dull moment. You will be at the forefront of client SEO packages to provide a world-class SEO service and manage some of our key client projects to deliver high performance and a great return on investment for them. Having SEO account management & eCommerce experience in an agency setting is essential for this role with strong technical ability.

What are we looking for?

You will be a forward thinker with a passion for all things digital, you will have a wealth of experience in both SEO and E-commerce (PPC is a bonus). You will be able to help drive growth in Organic SEO search channels and be used to delivering results against strict deadlines with very little supervision.You will have the ability to drive engagement, always have top search positions and drive sales through strong planning and strategies.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• You will be providing world-class service to our customers and are expected to help grow our SEO & eCommerce portfolios.
• Ensuring that all activities have positive results with a high SERP status (Ranking for high volume keywords) per account.
• Creating SEO strategies and plans for client accounts
• Create good quality content for client accounts (Strong and engaging copy)
• Communicate regularly with our clients
• Manage a list of SEO Clients against team KPIs
• Ensure that work is completed within time and budget
• Adding new products on Shopify and optimising them for search
• Generate reports and audits for existing and potential customers.
• Work on Local SEO accounts (i.e., Citations, Google My Business, Bing Listings)
• Help optimise our existing website
• Work behind CMS / SAAS platforms (i.e., Shopify, WordPress)
• Working/liaising with other members of the digital SEO team to meet monthly targets

Skills / Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4+ years experience in a similar role
• Must have experience in working within an agency setting
• You will have a marketing degree or equivalent
• Google ADS qualification desired
• Can demonstrate abilities with very little supervision
• Very Strong English skills both verbally and written
• A team player attitude
• Worked with either Shopify, Magento, WordPress
• Experience in optimising Google search and getting a high page one status
• Keyword research and deployment
• Experience in managing customer SEO accounts
• SEO Software experience (i.e SURFSEO, SEMrush, Screaming Frog,Ahrefs, SE RANK)
• You will be an advanced practitioner in Organic SEO
• Google Service Platforms (Merchant Centre, Ads, Analytics, Search Console, GMB, Tag Manager)
• Google Data Studio (Advantageous)
• Backlinking experience (able to market opportunities to grow)
• Local SEO experience (Citation building)

The Package and Benefits

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Remote
• Salary: up to £25,000 (DOE)
• 40 hours per week
• 30 days paid holiday per year including bank holidays.
