Your New Company:

Lorien is looking for 10 (YES...TEN) of the very best Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the Lorien Academy. You will initially embark on a full 6-week training program delivered by our highly experienced managers, directors, and training partners with years of experience in recruitment to help you learn the fundamentals of recruitment, but also Lorien's way of doing things. Lorien have a fantastic name and reputation in the industry, and we want to give you the knowledge and understanding to represent the business and yourself in the right way.

Our training program is an ongoing, continuous commitment to you. This isn't a sink or swim "boiler room" environment, this initial FULLY PAID 6-week recruitment training plan is in place to help develop you and help us understand what type of "recruitment" role is going to best suit your skill set DNA (Resourcing / Sales / BD / Delivery / Full Life Cycle Recruitment / Sourcing Partner etc...) Eventually putting you in the right team, the right division within the dedicated Specialist Markets Team here at Lorien.

Our Academy program has proved to be highly successful in taking people who are keen to start a career in recruitment with zero experience to successful billing consultants. (You will meet them as part of your journey). A number of success stories from the 2022 Academies we can share with you of consultants who joined this program with ZERO experience now qualifying for a "5* Elite Trip" to Mexico - all expenses paid.
