Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?Do you have a keen interest in stroke and frailty?

The dietetic team at Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an Acute Experienced Dietitian to work within the well established stroke and frailty teams at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen.

The post-holder will carry a complex caseload of acute patients on the stroke ward and the frailty units and will work alongside our acute, and community leads and Strategic lead for Malnutrition to embed nutrition /hydration as part of the patient pathway. The post-holder will be supported with undertaking a competency framework for stroke and will be involved in exciting developments including early supported discharge, stroke prevention and quality improvement work.
