Hyster-Yale Group are looking for a Receptionist based at Irvine (Scotland). As part of the Facilities team, you will provide a professional and courteous greeting to employees and guests of the EDSC Irvine. You will also support the business in other administrative duties.
This vacancy is full time, working hours 08.30 to 17.00 (Monday to Thursday), 08.30 - 16.00 on Friday
Key Accountabilities:
- Meet and greet all arrivals to the EDSC (European Divisional Support Centre) Irvine in a professional manner
- Ensure access to the EDSC is for authorised people only, adhering to door access entry system.
- Ensure the visitors book is completed by all visitors and for any employee requiring temporary door access badge.
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Logging deliveries and ensuring appropriate tracking is in place for all arriving packages
- Processing all items using DHL online processing system (My DHL)
- Daily collation and processing of both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ordering of Lyreco office supplies for mailroom, stationery store and individual requests
- Book taxi transfers and accommodation as required.
- Assist expenses with new Barclaycard admin
- All other administration support as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years experience in a similar position, demonstrating ability to deal with telephone and personal enquiries with excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to plan own workload.
