Hush is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand, founded 18 years ago by Mandy Watkins and now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 150 staff in our head office and across 30 John Lewis concessions, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories that are characterised by an elegant simplicity and laidback sense of style. The Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Consultant for a 30-hour contract to join us in our Peter Jones concession. We are looking for someone dependable, interested in fashion, keen to succeed, polished and dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and a customer experience that meets the requirements of the hush brand lifestyle.

• Drive the achievement of multiple concession targets.

• Build relationships by engaging with John Lewis store team. Please note, this is an integral part to the role.

• Ensure all operations are being completed to create a functional trading environment.

• Raise brand awareness and spot commercial opportunities in store.

The Person:

• Ideally 2+ years of retail and customer service experience within a similar environment.

• Vast knowledge of the fashion industry.

• Have a hands-on approach and experience of visual merchandising in store.

• Enthusiastic about the hush brand with a strong fashion sense and styling abilities.

• Flexible to work hours in line with store’s needs.

• Resolute, honest, and able to problem-solve efficiently.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a wider team.

• Commercially driven with a basic knowledge of reading retail reports.
