About this role

Internship with the potential to be made permanent

Our Product Technical Researcher is accountable for strategically applying (or finding out)
their subject matter expertise on potential integration platforms to help our product
team be successful as we develop the Hurree platform.

Their core responsibilities are a combination of troubleshooting centred around APIs
and preparing technical reports around integrations as well as being proactive when
assisting with deliverables for the product team.

What are we are looking for people who:

  • Work with our product team and other key stakeholders to accomplish outlined objectives and help define and make recommendations for product connections.
  • Can effectively research marketing tools and how they are typically used
  • Create and prepare technical reports that can effectively communicating your findings.
  • Demonstrate an ability to explore ways to enhance the monitoring process, uncover new information, and provide more value to the reports.
  • Ensuring timely completion of reports.
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • The ability to comfortably read technical documentation (API)
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Insomnia or Postman to generate such documentation is a bonus.
  • Be able to learn challenging concepts and skills independently.
  • We need someone who can adjust to the changing needs of our product team processes and the growing responsibilities that come with addressing those
  • Able to demonstrate perseverance in solving complex issues

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Create and prepare technical reports that can effectively communicate your findings and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Work with our product team and other key stakeholders to accomplish outlined objectives and help define and make recommendations for product features.
  • Ensure timely completion of reports.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover information and deliver better value to the reports
  • Read and document technical documentation (API) and utilising tools like insomnia or postman to create technical docs.
  • Adapt to the changing needs of our product team processes, and the evolving responsibilities to address those needs
