Role: Junior Sustainability Analyst
Reports to: Global Sustainability Reporting Manager
PURPOSE
Supporting the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager and team on the collection, analysis and reporting of all sustainability data and information, globally, across the group.
ACCOUNTABILITIES (what will this role be specifically responsible for doing)
  • Support on the delivery of internal, external, client and investor reporting.
  • Complete analysis and research to support the Group Sustainability Reporting Strategy.
  • Completes analysis and creates tools and packs to support client and RFP responses.
  • Co-ordinates and drives the collection of content from across the team for internal reporting.
  • Completing analysis on business performance and data to report back to business teams.
  • Supports on global ESG/Sustainability data collection - tracking responses across the business.
  • Inputs to and co-ordinates updates on industry developments within sustainability reporting.
  • Supports all activities undertaken by the Sustainability Reporting Manager and Senior Analyst.
  • Creation of reporting content and templates, and responding to clients with ad hoc queries.
RECRUITING REQUIREMENTS
Essential
  • Familiar with key Sustainability reporting trends and frameworks
  • Sustainability data analysis and creation of findings reports and outputs.
  • Creating reporting content and outputs, including templates.
  • Ability to understand and distil complex documents into updates/key information summaries.
  • Flexible to provide support as and when required.
  • 3+ years within a corporate environment - ideally within sustainability reporting.
Desirable
  • Awareness of the wider Sustainability agenda, preferably in the FS or consulting sectors.
  • Research and market monitoring/trends analysis.
  • Consulting or insurance/broking industry experience a bonus.
