We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.
Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a privately owned, award winning hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The London Carriage Works. A recent expansion has taken the hotel to 149 bedrooms and suites (Best UK City Hotel – the Sunday Times 2020) extensive luxury spa, and eight first-class private dining spaces, conference and events spaces including a private cinema. We are also adding another hotel to our portfolio in the coming months which Marketing will also look after.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the development of marketing campaigns for all our brands, across paid search (PPC, metasearch, etc.) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), in addition to supporting database/email marketing activities.
Tasks:
- Delivering the marketing strategy
- Plan and create new content for websites, social media, email campaigns and PPC
- Monitor, track and adapt campaigns. Report on successes and areas of improvement
- Website management including content, performance and optimisation
- Schedule and manage social media posts
- Monitor social messages and respond accordingly
- Monitor and update content on all third-party websites
- Monitor TV portal and update accordingly
- Update marketing databases adhering to GDPR
- Administrative support
- Market research
- Proactively identifying and researching new activities
- Assist in managing relationships with different agencies and suppliers making sure they fully understand and maximise revenue for the hotel
- Work closely with other departments to ensure
Desirable attributes
- Marketing Qualification or 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign would be desirable
- Excellent knowledge of core marketing disciplines with demonstratable experience in sponsored social media ads, SEO & PPC.
- Customer relationship management experience
This role is full time- 40 hours over 7 days
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
