Our aim is to offer a wide range of quality designer lighting and homewares sourced from around the world and here in the UK. We have become leaders in the design industry by consistently sourcing and supplying a wide range of lighting, bathroom fittings and fixtures, furniture and products for every aspect of your home.
Holloways of Ludlow are looking for a new Showroom Manager to manage our Winchester showroom.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sale and strong customer service.
What you will be doing:
- The day to day running of the showroom
- Showcasing the best of our products
- Looking after the rota, staff, products and delighting our customers
- Manage, met and exceed the showroom and team sales targets by maximising sales and leads
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via footfall or through inbound telephone enquiries
- Manage our database and systems for the showroom
- Leading our social media for the showroom
- Provide support and training to colleagues
- Lead by example in providing first class customer service and sales advice
- Ensure that communication is excellent within the showroom and other functions across Holloways of Ludlow such as logistics and customer care.
This position is:
- Full time
- 5 days a week on a rota basis, to include weekends.
- Pay depending on experience
- Lighting and Furniture sale experience is essential, as is, proven retail manager experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
