Reporting to the General Manager, Commercial Manager will be responsible for:
- supervising the day to day running of the M&E Sales Department and Reservations Team
- supporting the hotel operations team where needed
- Bringing in new business from existing and new clients
- Working together with relevant departments to develop consistent commercial strategies.

What you will be doing:
- Optimise meetings and events revenue by converting all potential sales leads
- Consistently liaise with all existing accounts for repeat business
- Support the Director of Sales in implementing sales plans and strategies
- Proactively organise and attend wedding fairs to secure more business by keeping abreast of upcoming wedding and event trends
- Attend all meetings, research and gain knowledge on the area for new business leads
- A champion in proactive and reactive sales
What we expect from you in return:
- Strong leadership experience (+1 year of Leadership experience in a Commercial role)
- Strong competencies in Planning and Organising, Communication and Influencing
- Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
