As part of our management team in our Front of Office Department, you will play a critical role in managing the team who creating the best first and last impression, from booking reservations, to welcoming on arrival through to waving our guests off at the end of the day delivering an experience that brings them back again and again.

Your skills and expertise:
- You will be able to ensure a smooth operation of the reception department incorporating porters and nights team. Including supervising and co-ordination of staff.
- You will be able to drive the quality standards and incorporate the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values into the department on a day-to-day basis.
- You will be able to maximise sales, yield and costs within the department.
- You will have experience in compiling weekly rotas.
- You will be able to understand all rates, packages and special promotions ensuring that e hotel terms of business are adhered to.
- You will ensure that all in-house guest information is correct and up to date in the hotel’s PMS.
- You will be able to check, monitor and follow up all accounting requirements involving individual, function and group postings and payments.
