What is the role?

Team Leader/ Supervisor. Perch is a premium bar opening in Stansted Airport, offering an innovative and inspirational food menu like no other. It’s cocktail bar ambience sets the mood for our guests who are travelling through the airport. It’s brand new and we are so excited to be bringing a touch of elegance to the offering at Stansted Airport. We are now looking for experienced Supervisors to join us for our new opening. We are looking for experienced leaders who have a minimum of 1 year’s hands on experience leading a team within a similar, fast paced bar environment.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
