What is the role?

LEON Store Manager. As a Store Manager at LEON in Eurotunnel you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. LEON is a quick service operation, offering great food for our guests travelling. LEON is a fantastic, vibrant restaurant with healthy food choices taking inspiration from a Mediterranean cuisine.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate & team focused manager who can lead our LEON store at Eurotunnel, Folkestone. A manager is a leader, someone who thrives to lead & inspire others. Someone who is confident & passionate to drive the success of the restaurant through sales, productivity & brand compliance. We are looking for someone who has experience operating a branded restaurant and knows what it takes to drive success. Together with our Hospitality Manager you are responsible for the health & safety of our team and guests alike and will ensure brand compliance is at the heart of your operation.
