Multi-Store Operations Manager

HMSHost are hiring a Terminal Manager/Hospitality Manager for our Eurotunnel, Kent operations!

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager/Terminal Manager to join us at Eurotunnel, Kent. The Hospitality Manager takes full accountability for our multi-unit site at Eurotunnel passenger terminal building.

We operate 3 international brands, one of our own concepts and one first class Lounge. Starbucks, Burger King, LEON Restaurant, La Gare Café & Bar and the Flexiplus Lounge. Together with the Store Managers of each unit, you ensure the profitable & smooth operation of each of these units, ensuring delivery of budgeted sales, COGs, waste & KPI’s. Whilst adopting a strategic approach, to aid compliance, performance & growth, the Hospitality Manager leads a group of Store Managers to ensure operational compliance at all times.

You will work closely with our landlord & brand partners by building strong relationships whilst adopting time into training & developing our teams.

Is this you?

· Has multi brand experience

.Previous Regional, Operations or Area Manager

· Is experienced in managing a large team in an fast-paced restaurant or a similar retail environment

· Is an enthusiastic foodie with passion to coach and lead the teams to deliver outstanding service

· A natural leader with strong management skills

· Strong operational & financial skills

· Is organised with good time management

· Is a great communicator

· Is career driven and inspired by the hospitality industry

The requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years multi brand experience

· Strong operational & financial skills

· Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures

· Strong KPI & budget knowledge
