Office Assistant
Location: Newcastle
Salary: Competitive
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated office assistant to join our team in Newcastle. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Providing support to other team members as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
