Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an innovative digital transformation organisation who are now seeking a Scrum master to join their team.

The role will include planning, refinement, reviews, daily stand – ups and retrospectives. In addition to being responsible for improvements to, and maintenance of product supply chains.
Key skills and experience needed for this Scrum master Engineer role:
- A deep understanding of the reasoning behind agile processes and frameworks.
- Expertise in agile software delivery methodologies such as: Scrum, Kanban, or others.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Hands-on management of agile teams working on complex products.
- Background in development and test
