Dispatch Operative (Nights)
As a Harrods’ Dispatch Operative, you’ll be supporting the Knightsbridge Dispatch team. You’ll make sure customer orders are processed correctly and treat all our items with care and attention. In return, we’ll do the same for you. We’ll make you feel welcome and reward your hard work with great employee discounts and career potential.
Please note this position works shifts between the hours of 9pm – 7am (subject to change in peak periods) 5 out of the 7 days of the week with regular weekend work.

Our Distribution team are now looking for a Dispatch Operative to support the Dispatch department in our Knightsbridge store.
As a Harrods’ Dispatch Operative, you’ll be supporting the Knightsbridge Dispatch team. You’ll make sure customer orders are processed correctly and treat all our items with care and attention. In return, we’ll do the same for you. We’ll make you feel welcome and reward your hard work with great employee discounts and career potential.

About You
- You will have experience of working in supply chain and using online systems daily.
- You will be accustomed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment and energized by a fast-paced role.
- You’ll need a keen eye for detail, always ensuring issues are resolved and communicated to your colleagues and management.
- You should be able to work flexible hours and days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role, as well as, be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with urgent requests.
- Numerical, literacy and communication skills are essential
