We're looking for a Carpenter who is a proficient problem solver and understands the value of working as part of a team. The successful candidate for this position will need to use his or her skills to efficiently fit kitchens, stud walls, hang fire doors and get hands on with other jobs not carpentry related, be able to work well with our team mates and be comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Construct custom wood pieces from blueprint specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to build structures and make repairs.
- Use platform heights, material thicknesses, and nail sizes to create structures of the appropriate strength for intended usage.
- Inspect finished structures for strength and stability.
- Disassemble, move, and reassemble structures.
- Work in a team setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £19.00-£20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
