We have exciting opportunities available for additional Customer Service Advisors to join our dedicated and bubbly customer services team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer support, enjoy interacting with customers and resolving cases, and want to grow at an organisation that will invest in your development, then our Customer Service roles may be suitable for you!

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

From day one, our Customer Service Advisors have the opportunity to learn and get actively involved in all areas of Customer Services, providing an informative advice and supportive customer service experience.

Our Customer Service Advisors are one of a kind individuals and they truly enjoy supporting our customers.They understand the positive impact fitted furniture can have on our customers lives and strive to provide positive solutions, genuine care and professional customer service advice.

A typical day in the life of our Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our customers (internal and external) throughout ther installation experience.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
  • Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to proactively resolve any queries throughout all stages of the installation process.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be vibrant and energetic, eager to go the extra mile and takes a problem-solving approach to all customer queries with a solution- driven mind. They are creative people, with the abilty to think outside the box and enjoy a challenge!

But, the best part is...

Technical skills and product knowledge can be learned so don’t worry if you have limited experience in Customer Services; all that we ask is that you have a desire to learn with experience in complaint handling and complaint resolution, and are competent in basic IT systems!

We can support you the rest with our customer services development and training programmes and you will recieve on-going support and guidance from your Customer Service Manager. That's not to mention our dedicated induction programme that will support you in building the skills you need to become an excellent Customer Support professional!

Please note as we work across a 7-day customer services operation, you will be rota’d to work evenings and weekends once every 3 months.
