You will provide 3rd line operational support across the estate and will need to have a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to succeed.
You will be expected to support all areas of our infrastructure including the firewalls, F5 LTM/GTMs, certificates, routing and switching, LAN and WAN, Cyber Incident Response and security remedial work.
You will contribute to the development of strategic and tactical engineering roadmaps for technologies and services in your area of responsibility, making sure that they are future proofed and that the organisation derives maximum value from investment in technologies.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer who will help us maintain the
resiliency and security of our infrastructure services to support strategic business
growth, while pushing for more standardisation through automation.
You must be willing to learn and support a broad suite of infrastructure service
offerings. Any awareness or experience of the following will be advantageous.
- Experience working across LAN and WAN networks.
- Experience with routing and network protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM-SM)
- Experience troubleshooting transport protocols (TCP/UDP)
- Experience working with Linux and proficient in a programming language.
- Eagerness to automate your workflow to increase efficiency.
- High capacity to learn; we are more interested in how you think than what you already know
- High capacity for context switching and organising your workload.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of customer service.
You will be a flexible and reliable team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

This role will be based home based with some travel to our National offices.
