Traffic Administrator

At ARR Craib Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Traffic Administrator based at our Queenslie Depot.

The position of Traffic Administrator involves:

• Support daily planning activity for a fleet of vehicles operating locally – including deliveries and collections.
• Co-ordination activities to include vehicle route planning and scheduling.
• Managing and de-briefing drivers.
• Co-ordinating with the team to enable vehicle maintenance and service schedule for the contract vehicles.
• Monitor, check and scan all driver to customer proof of deliveries.
• Working with a number of internal programmes to achieve effective operation of the business.
• Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
• General administration duties to include, filing, photocopying and data input.
• Dealing with customer queries, in a professional and timely manner.
