Back of House Team Member

Basic pay rate £9.50 (team member) or £10.50 (grill chef) plus service charge averaging £2-3 per hour.

What do we look for in a BOH team member (apart from a love of burgers!)?

• 
  A passion for all things burgers, fries, milkshakes and a love of cooking & constructing mouth watering dishes
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety throughout the kitchen and adhering to our company's legal standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, at pace and multi task where necessary
• Willing to cross train and multi skill throughout the kitchen
• Finally, the ability to have fun at work and not take life too seriously - We're too casual for that!
