What are we looking for?

We’re committed to develop those who are looking to grow and become industry experts, so you’ll have ample opportunity for career progression and management opportunities, if you have:

· A confident, energetic individual with previous telesales experience in a target-based B2B environment

· Excellent communicator, organised and target-driven

· A proactive approach to work with a strong commitment to goals and targets, with a positive attitude for overcoming obstacles to the completion of each task

. A strong academic record.

· UK business customer cold calling: 2 years (Preferred)

· Sourcing research appointments from a provided database via a variety of means of communication – proficient use of email and experience of social platforms such as Linkedin desired,

· You will also be required to build your own list of data and send connections – proficient use of Microsoft Excel desired

· Well organised – ability to keep track of multiple projects at once if required and communicate pressures confidently with other members of the team

· Keeping track of and scheduling calls in line with the product development teams weekly calendar - previous use of Calendly or google calendar preferred

· Proficient telecommunication skills to schedule appointments and source research leads for the product development team

· Work to relatively tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment

· Clearly communicate progress and challenges with senior members of the team

What will you be doing?

As Appointment Setter, you will work closely with the senior product development manager to source leads and schedule research appointments with mid to senior level professionals from leading brands. The role requires confident, professional communication skills as you will be phoning, emailing, and messaging industry professionals directly, building rapport and creating an initial impression at the first stage of the product development cycle. It is a fast-paced, ever changing role in which you will experience a number of sectors and topics at once; an organised, proactive approach to the completion of deadlines is key! You will work closely with the Senior Development Manager, with the opportunity of clear career progression within the Product Development team with experience.
