Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • You’ll be visible to our members, taking the lead role in all aspects of our front of house membership journey. Someone our members seek out, you’ll be building strong, engaging and sustainable relationships that make our members feel welcome, valued and recognised
  • Ensuring our membership onboarding experience creates the very best first impression, you’ll intuitively create membership journeys that anticipate the needs of each new member
  • Meticulously monitoring member reviews and feedback, you’ll be working on new and reactive ways to drive engagement, reporting back to our leadership team on successes, areas of development, and follow-up
  • Ensuring strong advocacy, involvement and inclusion of all members, you’ll improve membership engagement and usage by better understanding the needs of medium and low usage members and responding to their feedback
  • Developing and delivering strategies, in partnership with our Head of Wellness, you’ll ensure we retain and grow our current membership year on year and work together to reach these targets
  • Creating and implementing plans to deepen membership relationships and in turn grow our membership, you’ll be instrumental in evolving our social event offering
  • Hosting member events, you’ll be building great connections with our members, always seeking their feedback to effectively inform and evolve our offering
  • Taking the lead in all operational aspects of the Health Club, including presentation standards, pool plant operation, Health Safety and COSHH
  • Leading the Health Club to deliver exceptional standards at all times, through coaching and leading from the front; you’ll prioritise their training and development
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

  • Already established as a highly credible Health Club Manager, you have an outstanding track record of success in premium luxury hotels or membership clubs. Your passion for delivering highly personalised service is insatiable
  • Your finger is constantly on the pulse and you’re continually investigating and identifying new and creative opportunities for our membership proposition to evolve
  • You truly understand luxury and anticipatory service and understand how this needs to look and feel in our setting. You also have an eye for the smallest details, understanding what great looks like in relation to our brand
  • Determined to create unforgettable experiences that get people talking about us and driving long term loyalty and love, you never stop asking the question is this the best we can do?
  • Commercially savvy and recognising that trust and empowerment come from getting the basics right, you’re a naturally gifted salesperson who is comfortable proactively driving membership sales to reach our membership ambitions
  • You can pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time! You’re an accomplished multi-tasker who can juggle the complexities of a diverse and demanding membership, while also ensuring the engagement and wellbeing of our people
  • Consistent and on point in your attitude and demeanour, no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, you recognise to our people and members it’s often the first time
  • Focused on our people, with the desire to grow and nurture the whole team through coaching and training, you create an environment that inspires and drives ambition while allowing people to be themselves
  • You get energy from spending time with others, and you bring people together in the true belief that the best ideation comes from the sum of the parts.
