Data Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship

We have a fantastic entry level apprenticeship in Birmingham.

Data Analyst Apprentice Job Purpose:

To learn to effectively manage and analyse various information and report to the Directors to aid them in making the correct growth decisions to meet goals. Understanding of omni-channel marketing to communicate effective marketing formats to achieve company goals. Keeps management updated on marketing performance. Communicates results and ROI of each channel and method used. Will analyse and report on a variety of company needs and create visual graphs and presentations highlighting trends.

Data Analyst Apprentice Job Duties:

• You will receive a brief to follow and meet goals set
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates excellent time keeping and time management
• Must meet own KPI’s for own job and works completed
• Supports Management by analysing and providing data on various objectives
• Manages a given database or databases, such as keeping detailed records of various database types such as business development sheets
• Understands and applies basic marketing principles and customer lifecycle, role of customer relationship marketing.
• Shares best practice to team
• Pro-actively looks for new ways we can improve as a team or as a Company
• Assists management by providing visual reports to the Directors to aid in business decisions
• Achieves deadlines and goals
• Develops strategies to achieve performance goals
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

JOB LOCATION

· This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Birmingham City Centre office and 1 day working from home or 2 days in the office and 2 days working from home as required

· 4 day working week – 3 days off each week for a better work life balance

· 30 hours per week, 9.5 hours per day 9am – 6.30pm (4 days and 3 days off)

· 28 days holiday plus your birthday off

PAY

· Flexible pay option available on request

· Pay is £7 per hour plus bonus

· Permanent position after completion of apprenticeship and promotions and career progression opportunities
