GHE Solar Ltd have been Energy Efficiency specialists for over 12 years. We offer the installation of Solar PV, Battery Storage, Zappi, Eddi and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).
To date we have installed more than 40,000 measures. GHE are still wholly owned and run by brothers Ryan and Scott Davis and we have become known for our integrity, reliability and quality. With a large portfolio of very happy customers, both small and large scale, we are proud to say we meet our customers needs and provide the best service possible.
THE ROLE
A great opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a family run business with a good history in an expanding market. The business is booming and the role will comprise of the following:
· First point of contact for all installs
· Updating CRM system
· Liaising with scaffolders, sub-contractors & in-house install teams
· Placing orders with suppliers
· Producing job packs & installer paperwork
· Post-install compliance checks
· Diary management
THE CANDIDATE
Skills required to be successful in the role:
· Well organised and have the ability to prioritise workload
· Confidence to take ownership of tasks
· Must be able to communicate well with customers & colleagues alike, both written & verbally
· Ability to learn new software & have good PC skills
· Good attention to detail
Experience & Qualifications:
· 5 GCSE 9-4/A*-C
· 1 year experience in an Operations or office admin role
· Knowledge of Solar PV would be an advantage but full training will be provided
THE PACKAGE
For the right candidate the following package will be offered:
· Salary £23-£25,000 per year based on experience
· 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
· Extended holiday period (always 2 weeks at Christmas)
· Pension Scheme
· Full time, permanent – Monday to Friday 8:30/9am – 4:30/5pm
