We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing GenesisCare's digital marketing initiatives. With a primary focus on the online environment, you will drive doctor and patient engagement, as well as lead generation.
*Please note this role is also open to contractors*
Location: Remote but ideally within a 2 hour radius of our HQ in Windsor
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the development of the UK digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute detailed UK digital marketing plans, encompassing online platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital performance channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies to oversee content management and website optimisation efforts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, leveraging key metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Foster a fully integrated working relationship with the commercial sales team, ensuring alignment and collaboration between digital marketing and sales initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships and effectively manage stakeholders across global teams.
- Manage updates to the UK CMS, coordinating with stakeholders to collect content and obtain necessary approvals.
- Drive the website development project, working closely with stakeholders and agencies to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies to implement SEO and SEM improvements that drive online traffic and acquisitions.
- Optimise website pages, including meta information, tagging, and keyword optimization, while leveraging external link building strategies to improve search rankings and increase traffic.
- Participate in campaign planning, update campaigns as needed, organize content, collect data, and provide reporting for SEM initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of paid digital campaigns across various channels, such as PPC and AdWords.
- Analyse digital marketing data, generate insightful reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- Stay abreast of current digital marketing trends, particularly in the areas of organic search and SEM.
