Job Description Summary

Responsible for activities and processes that help the UKI PCS sales organization achieve business objectives. Support the UKI PCS Cardio commercial team with pre-sale activities to ensure seamless order implementation. Deliver post-sale implementation excellence & consistency around clinical configuration, user training & clinical go-live support both directly throughout healthcare facilities in UKI & indirectly by remote tools & by supporting local specialists. Be integral to the UKI MUSE strategy development and execution.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain clinical (& a level of technical) expertise primarily around ICAR & DCAR IT solutions & inter-modality connectivity with a specialisation in MUSE
  • Support Cardio PSS’ with complex ICAR & DCAR IT solutions trials & quoting – Educate Cardio PSS’ to be autonomous in ICAR & DCAR IT commercial presentations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders with respect to order execution – HPM/Service/OTR
  • Monitor timely installation of DCAR IT solutions
  • Be able to support ICAR installations as required
  • Support Cardio PSS’ post installation activities – system configuration & application training
  • Support modality leader with internal product training
  • Develop and propose a UKI GTM strategy to support the implementation and application of MUSE both on site & remote
  • Attend Global MUSE training and be able to develop and implement UKI customer and Sales Team MUSE training
  • Understand ICS structure and align MUSE to their strategic goals to develop a cardiology solution for each region
  • Identify ICAR & MUSE implementation roadblocks on UKI backlog and update on rev planning forecast to ensure accurate rev rec forecasting & avoid last minute slips from Q
  • Provide an upstream/downstream interface between sales specialists and Europe/Global teams
  • Support PCS Customer Care Calls for Cardio products and solutions
  • Be an intrinsic member and contributor to the regular UKI internal cardio calls
  • Be an intrinsic member and contributor to the EMEA DCAR/ICAR product meetings
  • Be an intrinsic member and contributor to the UKI DI, Digital and U/S cardio calls
  • Support UKI Sales at customer presentations, exhibitions, show and tell events

Required Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales support and/or project management
  • Excellent product & sector knowledge
  • Strong product demonstration experience in a complex sales environment involving multiple decision-makers/influencers
  • Ability to energize, develop & build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Solid process orientation demonstrated resource management and allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers
  • Advanced IT skills with an ability to adapt to a range of IT applications
