Labourer / Construction Operative (Repairs and Maintenance)

About the role….

You will be working as a Labourer / Construction Operative and will undertake and have accountability for general labouring and building duties covering repairs, refurbishment and upgrades on all property types in line with business need, ensuring a high standard of customer care at all times.

You will work independently or as part of a team undertaking general building and driving duties

You will assist different trades in the completion of their works particularly regarding manual handling, movement of materials and general building activities.

You will undertake groundwork and substructure drainage, excavations, and concreting works

And you will deliver an effective and efficient service with a high level of customer service.
