About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Operations Support Assistant, who will provide support to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Contact Centre and its team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and receiving purchase orders.
- Reception duties.
- Ordering and managing supplies.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries for the site
- Granting restricted building access and issuing site passes.
- Coordinating all room booking calendars and supporting the set up.
- Ensure that all lockers have keys and are being used as per the locker process.

Essential Criteria:
- A team player - able to work collaboratively with others.
- Recognise the importance of confidentiality when supporting strategic or confidential issues.
- Good attention to detail – able to spot errors or mistakes in your own work and others.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced IT user - confident in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides our primary productivity tools.
- A well organised approach to the workload with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
