Are you an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated operational leader looking for a new challenge to make a real impact in a business? If so, then our Factory Operations Manager role at our Onion site in Ramsey could be perfect for you.

The Role
To lead and engage our production teams across the grading and packing operations; ensuring a high quality of product is provided to our customers in line with their specifications, while meeting service level agreements and maximising profit levels for our growers.
The Person
We are looking to hire an exceptional leader who can demonstrate not only operational excellence but a real understanding of the commercial impact of delivery. You will have a strong CI background with the ability to manage, lead and influence people at all levels.
Ideally you will have a food manufacturing background with experience working closely with colleagues in Engineering, Technical and Commercial.
