We’re excited to be sharing that we have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the all the marketing, reporting, and campaign activities for your geographical division. This will involve delivering end-to-end marketing, media, and communications for the properties in your portfolio from advisory stage to mobilisation including take overs to stabilised assets.
You’ll be working closely with the Heads of Marketing, the Brand Manager and the Digital Marketing Manager gaining exposure to both the renting and student markets where you’ll work to deliver to a 360 approach to the marketing for Fresh. The role will offer you the chance to be involved with a range of activities including creating, planning, and implementing site specific marketing strategies and managing the on and offline marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and events. The postholder is responsible for collating, producing, and distributing core marketing reports and presentations to clients and the wider business including briefing our site based resident teams on marketing plans, protocols and systems ensuring teams are kept updated and providing training where relevant.
About you
This is a very creative role where we’re looking for an innovative person, who is digitally minded with an eye for detail. Due to the nature of the role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate strong project management experience with excellent communication skills and a passion for every area of marketing. The drive to move projects forward and keep stakeholders’ interest are also essential skills of the role. You will need to have experience of working within a marketing role / environment at a managerial level and be confident to work autonomously.
This is a line management role so ideally, we’d like you to have experience of managing and developing team members as the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day line management, objective setting and KPIs along with providing guidance and ensure relevant training is undertaken.
