Ni fydd dau ddiwrnod yr un peth wrth i chi ryngweithio gydag amrywiaeth eang o ddefnyddwyr y ganolfan. Bydd cyfle hefyd i chi gyflenwi ein gwasanaeth arlwyo o ardal gyfunedig caffi’r dderbynfa. As a Customer Service Assistant you will welcome the community into the facility, whether that be a seasoned gym goer or somebody making their first steps into the facility. We strive to provide a warm friendly welcome to all.

Joining part of friendly and supportive team you will be you will build your knowledge of what’s on offer at LC Swansea so that you can share this with our users. No two days will be the same as you interact with the wide range of centre users, you will also have the opportunity to deliver our catering service from the combined reception café area. We can offer full on the job training and career progression opportunities within the company to ensure you grow as we do.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

Requirements

• Gallu a dealltwriaeth o sut i ymwneud â chwsmeriaid o bob oed a gallu, a hefyd pob lefel o staff.
• Sgiliau rhyngbersonol datblygedig

• An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues
• To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
• Flexible and adaptable
