Franzos Restaurant is the UK’s latest grilled chicken sensation serving a mouth-watering menu of various grilled chicken and gourmet burgers with some of the best starters and sides in the restaurant industry.

Great people skills and communication skills are key to this role, the person we are looking for will need to have energy, can think on their feet and bring fun to the workplace as well as provide excellent customer service in a fast-moving environment. We’re looking for a Chef to join our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts. You will be working as part of our team to deliver an authentic fresh-food based BBQ Menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town. The role opportunity! You’ll be responsible for assisting Head Chef and training Junior Kitchen staff, whilst meeting your businesses targets set by the Head Chef. Your attention to detail means that you’re on top of every element of running your business from the kitchen, through to staffing, stock control, Health & Food safety, entertainment, local marketing, finance and much more
