We are looking for candidates who, are energetic and enthusiastic about the role and hungry to earn money. You don't need a degree or recruitment experience we just want a personality drive.
No prior experience or Degree needed – We have a dedicated 6 week training course lead by our in house development team, which helps enable us fast track progression for our determined individuals.
Ultimately, the responsibility of the recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best senior level talent, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

The role involves:
- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.
- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.
