Join our team as a Production Operative to pack and label our high quality products to customer specifications and deadlines. Ensuring machines are well cleaned and maintained. Good communication skills and team work necessary. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

The Role:
- Ensure that product is accurately packed and labelled in accordance with customer specification and to the highest standards.
- Operating machines and following company SOP's at all times.
- Setting up, operating and cleaning various processing machines.
- Ensure all work is done to the highest standards and work areas are kept clean, tidy and organised at all times.
- Ensure the quality of the product by assisting in periodic checks on output in conjunction with quality.
- Pro-actively work in conjunction with other departments on a daily basis to ensure daily targets are met.
- This role can be a physically demanding which and involves standing for long periods of time.
- Ensure waste is minimalised.
- Must comply with all aspects of H&S policy throughout the site - reporting any concerns or potential hazards to their line manager immediately.

Initial training will be given at our Newton Abbot site. Full training will take approximately 6-8 weeks and you will transfer to our Exeter Site at Exeter Logistics Park.

Salary: From £24,500.00 per year
