The Opportunity

We are searching for exceptional talent pursuing an opportunity to grow and take ownership of the projects that resonate most with them. We have an exciting and challenging role as our Business Analyst who will be responsible for applying business and functional knowledge for existing projects along with other key members of a new team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be:

• Supporting the implementation of business solutions

• Mapping, analysing and documenting business processes

• Determining, defining, and following up on business requirements

• Applying business and functional knowledge (incl. testing standards, guidelines, as well as testing methodology to meet the teams’ overall test objectives)

• Understanding the business needs and developing use cases to catch possible defects early in the process

• Performing acceptance tests

• Following up on defects

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years relevant work experience

• Have strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge about Financial services area, such as Banking Accounts, Card Payments and Bank Accounting is a plus

• Knowledge of multi currency accounts and FX

• Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets like Jira

• Have a background in application testing

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process

• Have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English
