Who you’ll work with
Flutter’s UK & Ireland Division operates three of the top tier and most trusted brands in the market. Our online portfolio consists of Sky Betting and Gaming, Betfair and Paddy Power and we have more than 600 Paddy Power betting shops spread throughout the UK & Ireland.
You’ll be part of our UK&I division people team. We supercharge these brands by attracting, championing and growing the brilliant people who power our best-in-class propositions. We’re a strategic partner to the UK&I business, delivering people – focused strategy that allows brand identities, local cultures and our employees to thrive!
Your role in ‘better’
Working closely with the People Leadership Team, you’ll help them turn their ideas into actions and output.
With overall accountability for crafting the product roadmap for the people function, you'll collaborate with the People Experience Team to create clear plans and prioritise workload.
You’ll appropriately apply methodologies to each project, educating your colleagues on the best ways of working to ensure optimum results.
You’ll build meaningful and positive relationships across the business, which will support with delivery of the roadmap and ensure that we’re making valuable contributions as a function.
Very importantly, you’ll meet the team's ambition with method, you’ll add clarity to their creativity, and help to deliver impactful initiatives for our people.
How you’ll create ‘better’
You'll have strong experience of delivering strategy within a commercial environment.
This role is perfect for a methodical problem solver. You'll have knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies and an understanding of when and where to apply them.
Relationships will be your currency in this role. You'll be a natural relationship builder, able to build positive and productive relationships with a diverse range of people.
