Feel-Wellness, Reimagined is a fast-growing health-tech start-up with ambitious plans. We've over 40 thousand active subscribers within the UK and our customer base is expanding rapidly. Our growth plans don't stop there, we are scaling new verticals and want our product to help people across Europe and Asia too.

The Role
Joining a highly successful Customer Support team, you will get fantastic access to a thriving, sustainable scale-up business. Our growth means that we need to expand our Customer Support function to ensure we continue to put the customer first whilst also providing the worlds cleanest and most innovative supplements. What You’ll Need
- Experience delivering high quality customer service. Investigating and resolving customer queries or complaining quickly and with an adaptable manner. Always looking to go the extra mile for customers
- Attention to detail when handling sensitive customer information to ensure data is recorded or amended accurately
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet any time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task across different channels.
- Quick at learning new systems and able to adapt quickly to any changes to processes and procedures.
- Ability to learn from interactions with customers and analyse personal performance to continually improve level of service
Nice to haves
- Existing experience with customer retention beneficial
- Previous experience with customer ticketing software
- Interest or prior knowledge in nutrition, supplements and health & wellbeing
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google suite.

- 27,000 per year salary + a yearly 10% bonus (calculated pro rata)
