Regional Partner Marketing Manager, EMEA

Now is the time to join Fastly's partner team! As Fastly's first Regional Partner Marketing Manager in EMEA, you will play a meaningful role in defining and advancing the Fastly value proposition across our partner ecosystem. Fastly is investing heavily in partners to accelerate our business, and this position will be crucial in helping to optimize pipeline and revenue growth through and with partners in our new partner program. You will collaborate with our regional channel sales, direct sales, field marketing, and broader global marketing teams to drive in-region partner strategy. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Partner Marketing (located in the US) and will be based out of London.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Regional Partner Marketing by working with regional Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and channel partners to define and execute impactful go-to-market (GTM) plans, including partner events and campaign strategies
• Manage partner event and campaign lead flow to ensure appropriate and timely sales follow-up, coordinating across regional partners, sales, and broader marketing teams like Marketing Operations
• Work cross-functionally both within Fastly, and externally with partners, to establish clear and compelling joint value propositions to advise campaign content and work with other Fastly functions on content localisation
• Develop and help manage regional partner incentives (SPIFFS) in conjunction with the CAMs and assist in promotion of global partner incentives
• Lead proactive communications to partners including development of regional partner newsletters and promoting adoption of the Fastly Partner Portal
• Assist in the discovery and engagement with prospective Fastly Partners through marketing campaigns and nurture activities in conjunction with the CAMs

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally you will have 5+ years experience in delivering regional partner events, programs, and content to an enterprise IT buyer
• You have experience working at a cloud services, SaaS/PaaS, or infrastructure business
• You have knowledge of specific regional considerations in EMEA, including knowledge about sub-regional differences and nuances, and can supply strategic input across both global and regional teams
• You have a consistent track record of understanding sophisticated technologies and extracting compelling value propositions for different audiences (including writing and messaging skills)
• You have excellent reporting and communication skills, including consolidating monthly/quarterly marketing activities results
• You have an interest in independently and proactively running multiple projects in a dynamic environment using superior project management skills
• You have the desire to work as part of a virtual, globally distributed team with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and communication

Work Hours:

• This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

There may be some European and International travel required for this role.

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. There may be some Travel required for this positon
