A fantastic opportunity to manage one of Essex’s most exiting new openings in a stunning new restaurant on the seafront, owned and managed by a group responsible for some of the most popular venues in Essex.
What we are looking for:
A proven track record of managing fast paced high end restaurants and bars
A passion for customer service and delivering a memorable experience to guests
Strong leadership and mentoring skills and the ability to educate and motivate and a team of 30+ employees
A “hand on” attitude, able to lead from the front and capable of delivering structured staff training with an eye for detail
Sound business acumen and an excellent understanding of business operations
Passion, dedication, drive and ambition!

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
